Purpose and Scope This position is responsible for assisting the Processing Lead and processing staff in overall daily clerical, administrative, organizational, data entry functions of the department.
This position is authorized to perform the steps necessary to ensure the responsibilities are met.

Responsibilities Type memos, emails and correspondence for Processing Lead Compile, collect, and evaluate data as directed by the Processing Lead Organize and maintain a filing system for assigned responsibilities and other processing systems as well as maintaining electronic files.
Reconcile invoices, help plan events and meetings for processing employees, manage current employee time in ADP, and manage new employee onboarding schedules.
Type and proof contracts.
Assist HR Department with administration of seasonal production employees Perform other duties as required by the Processing Lead or Processing Manager C.
Job Requirements Education and Training:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Classes/Training in Administrative Assistance is preferred.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck's automobile insurance policy.
Technical Knowledge:
Sound Organizational Skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Basic computer and current software skills Basic understanding of the Ag industry and farming preferred.
